Your account

Give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your staff do. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Your store and your customers

You are the seller. The sale, price, delivery, returns and any promise you make are between you and your customer, and MomenShop isn't part of that sale. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business.

What you can't do

• Sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods.
• Mislead or defraud customers, or misuse their information.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Attack, overload or try to break into the service or another store.

Your content

Your products, photos, logo and text stay yours. You allow us to store and show them only to run your store. MomenShop's software, design and name stay ours.

Plans and limits

Each plan includes the features and limits shown on our pricing section, including storage and photos per product. We may change plans and prices, and we'll tell you before a price change applies to your next period.

Payment

• Nothing is charged when you sign up. Your store opens to customers once we confirm your payment.
• Subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly, using a payment method we agree with you. They don't renew or charge by themselves.
• If a period ends without payment, we may suspend the store until it is paid.
• Money already paid for a period isn't refunded, unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.

Domain names

Every store gets a free address on momenshop.com. If you ask us to buy a domain for you, we confirm the yearly price first, and it is registered in our account while you use it. If you leave, we'll transfer it to you on request once its fees are paid. A domain that isn't renewed can stop working or be lost.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Please keep your own copies of anything important. The service is provided as it is.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using MomenShop at any time by telling us. We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms. After a store closes, we handle its data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. Using MomenShop after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to our business, and disputes go to the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
